Eastern Amman Project:
Eastern Amman for Housing and Development Company Ltd. (EAHD), a wholly owned subsidiary of Emmar, is specialized in affordable housing projects. EAHD introduces its first project, Khaled Bin Al-Waleed Housing Complex, to the east of Amman Airport (Marka) adjacent to the ring-road.
Khaled Bin Al- Waleed Complex:
This project is made up of 3000 apartments with an area of 69-139 square meters each, designed in two to four bedrooms. (EAHD) will conduct the infrastructure including roads, water, electricity and sewage to serve the project.
Financing:
The apartments are affordable with a price that ranges from JD12600 to JD 29500. To facilitate financing, EAHD concluded agreements with a number of local banks to provide comfortable financing to customers with attractive payment terms over a period of up to thirty years.
